Hot sandwiches had no butter or sauce on i requested them with sauce and butter so made sandwich really dry and unable to eat, milkshake came with melted ice cream so didn’t tasted as cold and refreshing like normal, chocolate cake was nice as always

Lovely food but they forgot one meal, when I rang they argued tge fact they sent it when we didn't have it... after a few calls they sent another one out but said we need to check it on arrival, were a buisness we do big orders we don't always have time to check straight away. I thought it was their job to double check before sending?
